Who’s behind it

I’m Alison, the founder. I started work at 16 in a corner shop, then moved into business administration through an apprenticeship. Over 12 years I worked my way up to PA to the Manager at a company that grew from around 1,000 customers to over 9,000. Along the way I automated payment processes, helped design bespoke CRM software and trained new administrators.

After a year of research, I set up Allocate-VA in June 2022, to put that same attention to detail to work for small businesses.

Why “Allocate”?

Allocate means putting the right task with the right person at the right time. I like that when you work with us, you’re allocating a virtual assistant to your business. It’s support that’s chosen to fit you, not a pile of jobs handed to whoever is free.

How it works

Your work is passed to a UK-based associate VA, matched to your needs and working style. You work with them directly, and the standard stays consistent whoever is on your account. I'm still there if you need to contact me.
